Model Number: 911.95501990 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
My tenant used the self cleaning feature of the oven and now it is stuck in the locked position and the oven door will not open. The lever will slide a little to the right if it is put back on the clean cycle; but it will only slide to the left a very small amount. I tried turning off the power and also doing the clean cycle again, but the door remained locked. Any advice/suggestions will be appreciated.
