Electric Convection Oven Error - Probe icon
Model Number: KEMS377G Brand: Kitchen Aid Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a KITCHENAID Lower Electric Convection Oven (model number: KEMS377G), lately the probe icon constantly shows on display and the oven no longer works. What can I do to fix this? Thanks advance.

Do you have the temperature probe plugged into the probe jack on the right side of the oven?
If yes, then just remove it. If not, then check the wires from the jack to the control board. If there is nothing wrong, then replace the control board. - The part number for the control board is AP3131994 Gene.
