You seem to be missing the first 3 digits. These designate who actually made the unit.
Could be that the bake element is burned out. Unplug the unit, gently pull the element into the oven cavity, remove one or both wires from the element and check it with a meter. It is a good idea to clip something onto the wires so that they cannot disappear back into the rear of the oven.
