Hi, my whirlpool electric range has dual element on the two large burners. the inner (single) part of the right burner only gets warn but not hot. The outer part of the burner(dual) gets hot but not enough to cook anything. Need help please. serial #RR4713906. Thanks in advance

Start by checking the control switch for that burner.

cant find diagram for my model # GERC4110PSO how do I get to the control switch for the whirlpool electric range? I am just a rookie at this point. thx

Remove the rear cover to access the switches. Also the tech sheets are probably there too.
