Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

I have an electric Kenmore oven with a flat top stove. Recently the clock read F3, then F8 and now it beeps constantly. The stove works fine. I would like to know how to disconnect the beeping so that I can use the stove without the noise. I dont care if the oven is working or not.
