I have an old Jenn Air S160 stove aand range and the digital timer recently started beeping and blinking on and off. I've located the part number (AP4011619) but is there a way to just disable the timer without replacing the part?

You can remove the neutral or L1 wires from the timer, but with disabled timer you would not be able to use the self clean and/or timed cook.
