Customer did cleaning cycle on both ovens. Top when OK. Bottom, locked and power shut down. Ovens are held in by 4 screws that are covered by the doors - two on top, two on bottom. Cannot remove ovens without access to lower 2 screws. Door needs to be opened first. Turned off breaker for 10 minutes hoping for reset. No luck. A real tough one. Any advice?

Thanks,
