You can set a bake function for say 350 and oven starts to pre heat but all of a sudden it reverts back to the time of day function and stops heating,completely droping out of the bake program. The time of day is correct so there is no loss of power. After several attempts the oven will go ahead and heat sometimes. There are no beeps as would happen if the touch panel was shorting a key. What is happening seems to mimic what happens when you select a bake or broil program and don't enter a temperature, the oven reverts time of day after a short time. Is this a clock issue or a relay board issue?
