Jenn Air SCE30600B was in the house when we bought it about a year ago. The other day when when I was baking cookies I heard a pop. The bake element looked as though it was arcing from near the back (not the connections or against the wall, but along the rear section of the actual element). it had caught fire and was burning brightly, very scary. The stove top burners were still operable. The element burned through and then went out, some of the burned material dripped onto the lower oven. I replaced the bake element with new parts from a local supplier. Put the power back on and the elements in the oven don't get hot. The temperature indicator doesn't rise above 100 degrees, the lowest number that it can register (as soon as you press "bake," it automatically registers "100" regardless of the temperature until it gets above 100 degrees). All connections appear to be tight. When I activate the broil, the blower comes on, however when the bake is on the fan does not come on when I flip the switch. My husband was using a power tool in the garage at the time, but nothing is amiss with the electrical control box, no breakers were tripped.

It may have shorted out your temp sensor probe.(#12 on the parts breakdown of the oven section.)

Does your upper oven work correctly on both bake and broil?

Neither of the elements work on broil or bake.

You're going to have to check, or have the unit tested there are quite a few possiblities (control board, wiring inside the unit, etc.
I can't read the tech sheet that is online well enough to give many pointers.
