I just bought a house and it had this brand new stainless steal electric kenmore single oven in it. This oven dont heat up at all... all the functionality on key board seems to be working but it does not heat up.. how I can fix this problem??? Sears is not help full at all... the model number is 91147713201.. please help

Start with the easy stuff first, make sure the breaker is all the way on. Turn it off and back on then check to see f it heats up.

all the breakers are fine ... Sears guy was over and told me that it need new control board ... why a brand new oven needs new control board/////

Could have been a power surge or just a defective board.
It happens.
