When the temp is set to 400 degrees, it takes about 15-20 mins before the preheat goes off and it believes it is at temp. However it only is at 350 degrees. Other oven works fine. The top one has gotten most use over the last 9 years. There are no obvious burn marks or damage to the cook element. Should I try to replace this as a first attempt? Does it just "plug in" from the front?
