I have a Maytag GW395LEPT00 gas range. The control panel shows "PF" after the power went out last week. The manual says I can press the "Cancel/Off" button to reset the Power Fault, but that button, nor any others, have any effect. I have tried unpluging the power for 5 minutes to see if that had an affect, but only get the same results. Is there a way to reset this Power Fault other than with the Cancel/Off button?

Actually, you have a Whirlpool free standing gas range, using the model number you supplied. Since you still have a "PF" code in the display, we know you have power to the control. I reccomend, you attempt to clean and reseat the membrane ribbon at the control board, using non residue electric contact cleaner, or rubbing alcohol. If there is no improvement, then replace the membrane switch,(touchpad) with part number AP4261905 / W10122292, this is a control panel conversion kit with all the parts you'll need and instruction sheet. Part number: AP4261905
Good Luck,
