"Select Clean" operation does not function
Model Number: 665.95804000 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years

Gentlemen: Select Clean operation on subject range does not function. Locking hook that locks door during this operation also does not function. When trying to do a "Select Clean" the display panel shows E1 - F5. All other opeations are functional Can you Help? Ads By Google Related Models

Hi William,
Per the Tech sheet the "F5-E1" error code means "Door latch not operating". Check the door latch switches and the motor as instructed in the Tech sheet (page 4). The door latch is located on the back of the range. The switches and the motor are not sold separate. You have to order the whole assembly. - The door latch assembly Part number: AP3968900 - The control board Part number: AP3174668 Gene.
