this is a dual wave with microwave on top and regular oven below. Regular ovens temp is about a hundred degrees below digital display and digital display rules. A temporary fix is to set the temp about a hundred degrees above desired temp and use an oven thermometer. Where to start? Thanks Crazyman

How old is this unit? 100 degrees is alot, check the resistance in the Sensor, 15 ohm at room temp.

That would be a defective oven thermostat (not to be confused with the microwave thermostat).

You can find it here as "Switch, thermostat".

The model number is generally referred to as one of these:
