I purchased from here a new oven door handle for my MER57754Range. My old handle had some kind of metal inserts made into the handle itself. These inserts broke off with use. So I purchased the new handle. The new handle is like my old handle minus the inserts. Also it is all plastic unlike the old one. I called customer service and tried to explain what I need. She said the manufacturer redesigned the handle. On the drawings it looks like the door was redesigned also. She said the were screws available for the handle - part no. AP4095778. The
