Here are your parts, includes a wiring diagram
Replacement parts for THERMADOR CVS45RS | AppliancePartsPros.com Is it a bad gear motor switch? Yes it could be the switch. Could also be that the switch is a little loose and is backing out so it does not close consistently. Also bending the switch activation arm a little so it pushes the switch in further may solve this.

I'm pretty sure that my similar problem is a bad microswitch. But I can't quite figure how to disassemble enough to replace it or bend the arm.
Are there assembly/disassembly instructions on the web somewhere? My mdoel is CVS30RB |
