gas stove
Brand: -brand- Age: Less than 1 year
Hi
I have a 1940s magee gas stove and the pilot lite on the left side stove top burner will not lite but i can lite the burner by hand. Is it safe to keep the gas on to work the rest of the stove even though I can't lite the pilot Ads By Google

Sounds as though your burner head could be clogged with food debris. A simple cleaning always does the trick for me. Use a safety pin or sewing needle to poke the food out of the burner holes.
