The oven fires up but doesn't get any hotter than warm. I tried to unplug it and restart it, that worked a couple of times but now that doesn't work either.

My first and best guess is a weak burner igniter or dirty burner assembly. Check the holes in the burner tube make sure they are all open and clean holes with a large needle or small drill bit. Turn oven on and observe igniter glow(igniter should glow white hot(hard to look at) if working proper. just orange glow indicates a weak igniter. The igniter should draw 3.2 to 3.6 amps for proper ignition(if you have an amp meter).
