hed tech over to do dishwasher recall. Wife asked how to clean glass in oven door. he showed her how to unlock the hinges & lift it off. She did that today & now we can't get the door on. We can't seem to catch the main hook onto the horizontal bar. Where should the latch/lock be located on the hook when installing it?
