Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

The display on my Frigidaire range is dim. Is there a brightness adjustment on the Oven Control Unit? Do I have to replace the Oven Control Unit to fix this problem? Thanks for your help.

I've seen a few of these do that. They just keep getting dimmer and dimmer. Probably a resister on the board dropping the voltage or maybe the display loosing its gas. Either way the only fix I know of is a new computer/clock Part number: AP2127094
