Oven Repair (including Ranges and Cooktops)

After a high voltage surge, the oven is DOA. My questions are:
1) Can the oven be resurrected?
2) What parts are probably required?

Yes , your oven can be resurrected,you may not need a part at all.

Check and make sure your breakers(fuses) are reset(not blown).

You will need to remove the unit from the cabinet and make sure the wire connections are'nt burnt, loose or damaged, and you have 220 to 240 volts at the oven wire connector on the back .

You may have a damaged control assembly but do those other checks or repairs first.
