Model Number: RF377PXGQ0 Brand: Whirlpool Age: Less than 1 year
I removed the oven door glass to clean the inside of the glass. I removed the top trim and the glass slipped straight up and out but due to excessive grease buildup at bottom of door I removed and cleaned the bottom and side trim strips.
I am having a problem getting the glass to sit flat on the door so I can install the side trim pieces. There are 2 glass clips on each side of the glass. The glass appears to have been originally installed on top of these clips and it doesn't look like the glass will fit inside the clips. Should the glass be on top of the clips or should the clips fit on the edge of the glass? Don't want to break the glass. Help please. PROBLEM SOLVED- The trim strips go under the glass between the glass and the clips. Last edited by blasterman : 09-16-2007 at 11:03 AM. Reason: Problem solved |
