oven won't keep heat that it is set on!

Model Number: MGR5770BDQ Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years

Can preheat the oven and it will beep when it reaches the correct temp, -you can tell it is hot - put baking in oven - then when it calls for heat again, it may not light. Was baking cookies today - display said 350o but guage I had inside oven said 245o and kept dropping., Took about 1 hour to cook them and recipy said 'bake 10-12 min. at 350'
