Model Number: 3468VVV Brand: Magic Chef Age: 5 - 10 years
Oven quit working. I see that the ignitor and gas valve are in series. What voltage should I get on back of control panel and should that remain constant? I watched it go to 70s then 80s then 90s. Got up to 111. Should it be line voltage instantly? I had 2.5 at valve. At one point earlier today, I heard the valve pulsing.
Broil has low and high. What voltage should I get at back of control panel for low and what for high and again, should that be immediate or should the voltage ramp up as the ignitor warms? I want to get a good understanding of how these work, besides figuring out what's wrong. Ads By Google Related Models |
