oven not broiling

oven not broiling

Brand: Modern Maid Age: 5 - 10 years

Appliance Parts from AppliancePartPros.com

The top electric coil will not work in my oven.(broil) I removed it and checked with my ohm meter and it is good. I did notice the LED is not working also. Normally, when you set the oven temp, the light will come on and when temp is reached, the light will go off. The bottom coil is working.
Please help. Wife is looking a new ovens!$$$$$$$$$$
