Repairman
Model Number: 9112wut Brand: Magic Chef Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a wall oven that will not light. I see the glow in what I would call the igniter but although it glows the gas control valve will not open. What could the problem be?

A bad glow bar. You can check resistance of the glowbar, if it is between 50-150ohms it's good, if not it's bad and needs replacing.
