GE XL44 cooktop - how to open?
Model Number: JGBS23WEA5WW Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
Does anyone know how to lift the top of the GE XL44 cooktop? it's got the sealed burners.

I have a GW XL44 gas stove... i found the manual here
http://products.geappliances.com/Mar...=980020002.PDF it should have two tab holding it down... you should be able to just pull up to open. but give the manual a quick look.
