Hi. My microwave is possessed! Yesterday I was in a different room, when I heard it start beeping and the vent fan turned on and the interior light came on....scarey! I tried to turn it off and the touch-pad didn't respond. So I unplugged it. When I plugged it back in, it went wacky again. I unplugged it several times, even flipped all the circuit breakers in my home off-on.... nothing worked. An error code of F-3 finally appeared on the display pannel. It appears I need to replace the touch pad...but I'm not clear which part number I need to order? The inside label says the machine was manufactured in Sept-2002.
