Model Number: JVM240BV001 Brand: GE Age: More than 10 years
My built-in microwave completely died while heating some food. It seemed to be very warm to the touch, mainly on the door and control panel. The light inside and underneath the unit are not working either. I checked the power outlet and circuit breaker and both were functioning properly. Is there anything we can do/try or is it time to put her out to pasture?
