I have a microwave that will not display anything or run. After having a technician come and replace a fuse he said there was something wrong with the power supply. I called an electrician. After testing the outlet for proper voltage he placed a cup of water in to test the unit and almost immediately after starting it tripped the breaker. The electrician then replaced the breaker and turned power on and nothing happened. I had him test the fuses again and they ohmed out and appeared fine. Is it likely that the electronic controls need to be replaced or is there another avenue I should be taking?
