As the turntable revolves there is a loud "rumbling" sound. The turntable turns smoothly and there is no obvious problem except for the rumbling sound. It almost sounds like rocks tumbling in the microwave. When I remove the glass turntable plate and place a container (mug, bowl, etc.) DIRECTLY on the turntable support/tripod, the support/tripod turns smoothly and with no noise. The glass turntable plate has no defects. The wheels on the ends of the support/tripod turn easily but have some play or wobble in them. I replaced the turntable motor about three years ago and it seems to work fine (smoothly). I'm thinking the problem is the support/tripod, but it's no longer available. Any ideas?
