Recently received error code message 'F3' display on the Kenmore microwave screen. Tried to unplug it; however, it beeped and displayed the same 'F3' error message. This F3 code is not in the manual and therefore I don't know what it is referring to. Can someone help?

The 363 prefix means it was made by Samsung for GE for Sears.

So F3 in this case means you have a shorted membrane keypad.

On this model, the membrane keypad is not available as a separate part, so you would have to order the control panel frame assembly which comes with a new keypad.

In this case, you simply move your circuit board into the new frame. That is a simple do-it-yourself job.

The part you need is part number WB06X10456 and you can get it here for $95.89.

Then you unplug the keypad (as per the photo below) and move the circuit board into your frame.
