Default How to install Microwave
Model Number: jvm1870sf001   Brand: GE   Age: 1 - 5 years

We are rehabbing a kitchen. During demolition the microwave was perfectly salvaged, but all the hardware/templates/brackets for installation were lost/destroyed. What parts do I need?

We have not decided wheter to exhause microwave to top or recirculate.

What parts would I need for each of these options. Currently the top of the microwave has no hardware or exhaust assembly or other parts attached.

Thank you.

Terri,

Use both the parts list and the diagram links below. The mounting plate, hardware, ventilation parts, everything is on it. Let me know if you have any questions.
