Everything works but there is no heat.

When I choose, for example, a 2 minute express setting the turntable begins to spin, the lights come on and all sounds normal for approximately 5 to 7 seconds.

Then the microwave begins to buzz loudly but produces no heat.

The problem occurred rapidly, meaning it worked one day and then the next morning when attempting to heat something the microwave produced this loud buzz.

The problem is consistent in that it always occurs, there are no periods of "wellness" followed by the problem.

The problem is constant.

The microwave was purchased new in 2003 but I notice that on the model number sticker it has a manufactures date of 1999.
