Since I have not received any reply's concerning my other post with the same title, I have decided to buy a new profile the same size and remove the main parts other than the control board and install them in my old microwave because it fits the trim and we like the features that our old one has over the new model. This will probably be cheaper than taking it to the repair shop and have my old one fixed. Both ovens are of the same wattage and capacity. The new one only cost $200 at Wal-Mart so if I can get five more years out of it I will be happy.
