Our new-in-2007 GE Profile Advantium's turntable has stopped turning. The unit seems to work otherwise and I'm afraid of the high cost of out-of-warranty repair by GE. (They want $75 just to come out, PLUS parts and labor.)

It's a SCB1001KSS, wall oven, NOT an over-the-range model.

Any ideas what this could be? I read a post on appliance guru (http://**************************.com/forum1/5068.html) about cracked turntable shafts in the Advantium but they're not talking about my model.
