Default Part # Question

Gene,

You sent me in an email that the part # is AP3178128. That handle is white...correct? I need stainless. I ordered AP3178131 and got it today. The problem is that this is not the handle for my microwave. The picture online shows correctly that it has rounded handles. This handle has square ends and is longer. All of the part #s match up. I am going to call tomorrow morning, but if you have any advice...that would be great. Thanks for your help!!!

The problem could be because you missed the last digit on the model number you provided.

I am a Frigidaire Microware Model # CGLMV168. Would the handle be replaced in the same way?
