Question Open Door And Trips Circuit Breaker
Model Number: 665 686 11891   Brand: Kenmore   Age: 5 - 10 years   
Everytime I open the door, the microwave trips the main circuit breaker. I have replaced the 250V/20A ceramic fuse in the front panel, but the same thing keeps happening. What else is there to do?

Your door monitor switch is shorted, or the latch mechanism needs to be adjusted. You will need an ohm meter to check.
