The display says F3 and the touchpad will not work.

Which part do I likely need? The pcb (power control board assembly) or the control panel? or both?

Would like to try to fix it myself...

It's almost certainly the keypad, but there should be a "mini-manual" hidden behind the control panel. It contains a chart to help you test the keypad.

You'll want to use a hair dryer to heat up the old keypad so you can peel it off easier. And be sure to get all the glue / residue off. I use mineral spirits or paint thinner, then clena it squeaky with alcohol.

It has to be squeaky clean so the new keypad will stick. You can't apply it then peel it back up to realign it.
