Microwave is not heating. I have replced the Magnetron, as this was the problem in the past (twice). We seem to get about 4 years out of a Magnetron. However one time can be atrributed to a power surge/sag from an ice storm.

Anyway, when turned on it makes an abnormal buzzing sound which is in addition to its normal operating sounds. This is the same sound it made when the Magnetron had to be replaced in the past. Now however, after replacing the Magnetron, it still makes the abnormal noise and still does not heat.

I am technically savy and know my way around electrical parts. I do have a decent Volt/Ohm/Ameter. And I also recognize the danger of the High Voltage inside the box.

ANy suggestions as to the next step would be appreciated.
