ge microwave key pad locked at RESET
Model Number: je 1540 Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
The MW has power, the light works. The display will only show RESET, regardless of any button pushed. I unplugged it for 15 min, thinking it would reset, no change in the display. What?

My GE microwave key pad is locked too - help!
Ron, have you found a solution to the locked keypad? I'm having the same trouble with my GE microwave keypad. I suspect that there's a sequence of keys to press to unlock it but I don't know what they are. Thanks.
