Microhood door will not latch so that the light goes off and cooking starts. Jiggling the handle offers little to no help. I have replaced the latches on door 4393913. I cannot find a repair manual for this or even a diagnostic/ trouble shooting chart. Don't want to deinstall this if at all possible. The first year we had this we could not use it due to a recall.
