Replace door latch on GE Spacemaker Microwave
Model Number: JVM1331-WW03 Brand: GE Age: 5 - 10 years
I have the over-the-range GE Spacemaker XL microwave and the top door latch seems to be cracked thus not triggering the door sensor to shut off the fan. There is only a single screw on the top left corner of the inside of the door, which holds the top part of the outside door handle. There are no other screws anywhere on the inside or along the edges of the door. How can you take apart the door to be able to replace the latch? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
