Replace Control Board which was bought new, as old board relay was faulty. As soon as I plug MW in, before touching keypad, all fans begin to run, light comes on, and unit heats (but turntable does not turn). I am suspecting that my 'new' board is faulty.

The board looks identical to old board with same numbers printed on board. The only difference is that the relays are higher in profile.

With the old board, the unit would work, but not heat. All components tested OK, so I ordered new board.

Is my diagnosis correct?
