the turntable starts rotating as soon as the door opens. it stops when the door closes and starts again when the start button is activated. the unit runs correctly except for the glitch when the door opens. I have unplugged the unit for a minute or so and replugged it to see if it would reboot. no luck. any suggestions? thanks, john:confused:
