The microwave seems to work normally but it does not heat. When I turn it on there is a burnt electrical wire smell coming from the transformer (relay) on the smart board (I opened the panel so I can clearly smell it). I am assuming that I have a bad board. Any input comments are appreciated.

If you're sure the burning smell is coming from the control (smart) board then the problem is there, but before replacing it I would remove the control board from the control panel and check the other side for any burned spots.

- The part number for the control (smart) board is AP3203000
