Hello:

I was looking for some help with troubleshooting our Microwave.

It's a GE Spacemaker that has been good to us all these years until now.

Just last week I noticed that I had put in a bowl of pasta to reheat, for 2-3 minutes, and when it came out it was still cold.

After further inspection, i have discovered that the light will turn on, the control panel / clock / led is still working and that the turntable rotates.

It just doesn't heat. I have also discovered that if I push the door handle really hard in a certain way that it will heat.

Do i need to replace the handle or door assembly or is it something more serious / complex?
