This Whirlpool Gold microwave is two years old the 2nd of Jan 2014. Purchased at Lowes and I did not buy a service policy.
It worked fine until recently, it powered up and cooks as usual and then the next time we try to use the microwave when the start button is pushed it will count off the minutes/seconds and the turntable doesn't turn and it doesn't heat. Correction: The light will be on, the turntable won't turn and the minute/seconds countdown. It seems if it is run and heats something that it will malfunction and won't continue.
Cost of the microwave was $339.00.
