(GE Over-Stove mount MW w/ fan)

My wife placed a heavy item on the turntable and ran the microwave. It no longer turns correctly. You can hear the motor run, very light items will turn very slightly and sporadically.

Cause? Slipped belt or something like that?

Can a handy person fix this? Can the problem be accessed from the underside?
