I can't find a method to replace the cavity lamp (light bulb) in the interior of the microwave. I have pulled the unit out of the wall, and there is no access to the bulb. I can't pull it out from the inside either. The replacement bulbs I ordered have a two prong "push in" configuration but I am unable to simply pull the bulb out. It does move both clockwise and counter clockwise but that doesn't seem to release the bulb. Before I crush the burned out bulb with pliers, I want your help!!!
